I don't have any access information, so how can I log on to the Customer Portal?

Go to the log on window and click on the links for registration. If you have already received an activation code in your lease acceptance letter, you can go directly to Registration with activation code to set up your access.
If you have not received an activation code, you can request one there as well.

I have forgotten my password. How can I get a new one?

Click on the link Forgot your password? to reset your password quickly and easily. Please re-enter the e-mail address connected to the account. You will then receive an e-mail containing a link to follow, where you can enter and confirm a new password .
